Website Terms

Clear boundaries for a useful website.

These terms cover the public website and its inquiry path. Quotes, installations, custom development, software licenses, and customer accounts use their own controlling records and agreements.

Contracting entityVictory AV, LLC

These website terms apply to the public pages provided by Victory AV, LLCunder the Victory Sight And Sound name. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other visitors, the business, its customers, or its systems.

Information, not a project quote

Website descriptions explain general capabilities and experience. They do not create a proposal, fixed price, guaranteed schedule, professional engineering certification, product warranty, maintenance agreement, or promise that a particular system fits every facility.

A project begins only through an agreed proposal, statement of work, service authorization, order, or other applicable record. Product availability, travel, pricing, compatibility, and third-party requirements may change before that agreement.

Project inquiries

Submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not place credentials, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, confidential security programming, or another person’s restricted data in the general inquiry form.

An initial phone consultation is free. Any paid site assessment, detailed design, diagnostic, travel, remote access, or other professional work is discussed and agreed before it begins. Business hours do not create a guaranteed response or resolution time.

Software and downloads

A product page may describe free, paid, custom, organization-branded, or private-label software. A public summary does not grant a software license or distribution right. The product-specific license, entitlement, order, and signed agreement control when their terms differ.

Free means a listed license fee of $0.00; it does not mean open source, public domain, source included, or unrestricted redistribution. No public download is available unless a release is expressly listed for public access. Invite-only and account-controlled releases remain limited to eligible users.

Site content and permitted use

Unless a page states otherwise, website copy, original photographs, graphics, software descriptions, documentation, and site design are owned by Victory or used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for evaluating or keeping records about Victory services. You may not republish, sell, scrape at a harmful rate, remove notices, impersonate the business, or use the content to imply endorsement without permission.

Factual manufacturer and customer names may be used to describe experience or compatibility. That reference does not imply sponsorship, certification, partnership, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Third-party products and links

This site may link to manufacturers, documentation, hardware listings, or other independent services. Those parties control their own products, availability, terms, privacy practices, and content. A link is provided for context and is not a guarantee or adoption of every statement on the destination site.

Availability and corrections

We work to keep the site useful and accurate, but public pages may contain an error or become outdated as products, APIs, prices, and third-party systems change. We may correct, reorganize, withdraw, or suspend website content and unreleased product information.

The site is provided for general business information on an “as available” basis, subject to rights and obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Final warranty, remedy, and liability terms belong in the agreement that governs the actual product or service.

Questions and changes

Material changes will be reflected by the updated date on this page. Questions may be sent to info@victorysightsound.com. A website message does not replace any formal notice method stated in a signed agreement.
