Victory AV, LLC (“Victory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this website under the Victory Sight And Sound name to explain our services and software work and to receive ordinary business inquiries. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use this website for cross-site advertising or invasive session recording.
Information you choose to provide
The project inquiry form asks for:
- Your name and an optional organization name
- Email address and an optional phone number
- Project city, state, or general location
- Customer type and area of interest
- Desired timeline and an optional planning investment range
- A description of the facility, system, software need, or outcome
- Your preferred contact method
- An optional, unchecked choice to receive occasional business news
Please do not use the general form for passwords, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, network credentials, confidential security programming, or another person’s restricted information. We will arrange a more suitable exchange when a project requires sensitive technical material.
Information collected during normal operation
The website and its service providers may process ordinary request data, such as browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, and network information needed to deliver and protect the site.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page use and basic site performance. We do not use it for cross-site advertising or invasive session recording.
The inquiry endpoint uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated abuse. Turnstile verification may process a challenge token and network information under Cloudflare’s terms. For the website’s own 15-minute inquiry rate limit, a one-way salted hash derived from the connecting address is stored with the route and attempt count. The raw address is not stored in that rate-limit table.
How we use information

- Understand project fit, location, scope, and likely next steps
- Maintain a useful history of an active customer conversation
- Protect the form, website, software, and business from abuse
- Diagnose delivery failures and maintain business records
- Send occasional news only when the separate marketing choice is selected
- Comply with a lawful obligation or protect legal rights
We do not promise a fixed response time. Selecting optional marketing contact is not required to submit an inquiry, receive project communication, or use a customer account.
Storage and service providers
Cloudflare provides the website delivery, Worker application, Turnstile, and D1 database services used by this site. A valid inquiry creates a lead record and a small event history. Inquiry pages and API responses are not placed in a shared public cache.
Cloudflare's email service delivers website inquiry notifications and account messages. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
We do not accept payment-card numbers through this website.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry, account, license, download, and support records only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain the business relationship, prevent abuse, satisfy accounting or insurance needs, and meet legal obligations. Records that no longer serve a legitimate purpose may be deleted or anonymized.
Spam, expired challenges, and abandoned inquiries may be kept for shorter periods. Some transaction, acceptance, security, or legal records may need to be retained longer.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information connected to your inquiry, subject to identity verification and records we must keep for a legal or legitimate business reason. You may withdraw optional marketing consent without affecting project, account, license, security, or service messages.

Security and children
We use layered technical and operating controls appropriate to the information this site handles, including server validation, parameterized database queries, rate limits, private application storage, minimized logs, and restricted credentials. No internet system can guarantee absolute security.
This is a business and organizational services website. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from a child through the ordinary inquiry workflow.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the site adds payments, materially different analytics, broader file handling, or another material data practice. The date on this page identifies the current notice.
