Accessibility

The website should work for the people using it.

This site is designed around clear structure, keyboard operation, readable content, visible focus, responsive layouts, and useful form feedback.

Engineering targetWCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public website and inquiry workflow

Victory Sight And Sound is committed to providing a website that people can use with different devices, input methods, display settings, and assistive technologies. Our engineering target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we are doing

  • Using semantic headings, landmarks, lists, labels, and link text
  • Keeping navigation and forms operable from a keyboard
  • Providing visible focus and a skip-to-content link
  • Pairing form errors with text, field references, and an error summary
  • Using useful alternative text for meaningful images
  • Maintaining color contrast and avoiding color-only instructions
  • Respecting reduced-motion preferences
  • Testing representative layouts at mobile, tablet, and desktop sizes
  • Keeping public JavaScript limited to interactions that need it

Known and changing areas

The site includes public information, a project inquiry form, and invite-only account and software workflows. New and materially changed features are tested for keyboard use, screen-reader behavior, contrast, zoom, error states, and responsive layouts.

Third-party pages reached through a link are controlled by their owners and may not provide the same accessibility support. Tell us if an external requirement creates a barrier to evaluating a Victory product or service; we will look for a practical alternative when one is available.

Report a barrier

If something is difficult to use, contact us at info@victorysightsound.com or (870) 266-8282. Helpful details include the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser or device, and the assistive technology involved. Do not include passwords or other sensitive information.

We will use the information to reproduce the barrier, identify a reasonable correction or alternate method, and improve the affected experience. We do not promise a fixed response time.

Alternate access

If a page or form prevents you from requesting ordinary business information, call or email us. We can discuss the information through another reasonable format while the website issue is being evaluated.
