Design the complete signal path
A useful video system accounts for more than the display or camera. Sources, cabling, switching, scaling, audio, lighting, control, recording, network capacity, and operator workflow all affect the result.
We begin with what the organization needs to communicate, where the audience will be, and who will run the system. That keeps the design focused on repeatable operation instead of a collection of equipment that only a specialist can use.
In-room and online audiences
Hybrid meetings, streamed services, correspondence instruction, and recorded training create two audiences at once. Camera placement, microphone coverage, content routing, and monitoring have to support both. We coordinate those elements so the local experience and the remote production do not work against each other.
