Make It Work Together

Automation and Controls

A connected facility should reduce repetitive work and make important functions easier to understand, not bury ordinary operation under layers of technology.

Integration disciplinePlanned as part of the complete connected system

Control should match the people using it

The best interface is not the one with the most buttons. It presents the right decisions at the right time, gives trained users the access they need, and keeps ordinary operation understandable for everyone else.

We design control around real sequences: opening the room, beginning a service or meeting, changing the environment, handling an exception, and shutting the system down properly. That practical view informs the equipment, programming, interface, and documentation.

Integration backed by development

Commercial products do not always provide the connection a project needs. Our software-development capability lets us evaluate custom drivers, local API connections, embedded bridges, and workflow tools when off-the-shelf integration stops short. RTI, ELK, Nest, Samsung, Lutron, and other platforms are part of our practical project experience; compatibility and scope are confirmed for each project.

Capabilities

Planned for the whole environment.

Scope and equipment are selected for the project. These are common capabilities, not a fixed package or a one-brand prescription.

01

Unified room and system control

Purpose-built interfaces and programming for audio, video, displays, sources, lighting, climate, and other approved system functions.

02

Lighting and shade control

Scene-based lighting, Lutron RadioRA and shade experience, schedules, interfaces, and coordination with room activity.

03

Climate and energy integration

Thermostat, scheduling, monitoring, and energy-management functions connected where they improve comfort and facility operation.

04

Custom bridges and software

Local interfaces, embedded firmware, drivers, and workflow tools developed when capable products need a practical way to work together.
