This page is a plain-language summary, not the complete license for every product. A signed amendment or negotiated rider, statement of work, order, branding or private-label addendum, development agreement, and product-specific license take precedence over this website summary in the order stated by the controlling documents.
Compiled software by default
Unless a signed custom agreement says otherwise, Victory software is delivered as compiled firmware, a packaged driver, an executable, an application package, or another ready-to-use release. Source code, source projects, build systems, signing material, development credentials, and reusable internal components are not included.
A free product is still licensed software. Free means the listed software license fee is $0.00. It does not mean open source, public domain, source included, or available for unrestricted copying, modification, resale, or distribution.
Product-specific rights
The final product record and license identify the license unit, such as an organization, site, room or system, device, or user. Unless a broader right is expressly granted, the customer may use the software only for its own internal business or organizational purposes.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publication, removal of required notices, attempts to bypass license limits, and reverse engineering are not permitted except where the controlling agreement or applicable law grants a right that cannot be waived.
Accounts, acceptance, and downloads
Some free and paid products require a verified account. The account keeps products, organizations, accepted terms, entitlements, available versions, and download history together. Account creation will not subscribe a user to marketing; that consent is separate and optional.
Protected files are available only after the server verifies identity, organization authority, entitlement, and any required versioned license acceptance. Download access may be short-lived and may not be shared. The acceptance record retains the exact document version and relevant acceptance details.
Versions, updates, and withdrawal
Each released product will state its available versions and update eligibility. A download does not promise indefinite updates or compatibility with every future third-party change.
A release may be archived, restricted, replaced, or withdrawn because of a material defect, security risk, rights problem, or unsafe incompatibility. A withdrawal changes access and notice state without silently replacing the historical release record.
Organization branding
A business, church, institution, integrator, or other organization may purchase an approved branded build with its name, logo, colors, documentation, or support information for internal use. Branding is a separately quoted service even when the standard software is free.
Organization branding does not create a right to sell, sublicense, publish, or distribute the build to other organizations. Review thebranding and private-label overviewfor the practical distinction.
Private-label distribution
Qualified business customers may request negotiated private-label rights. A separate signed agreement must define the authorized customers, territory, channels, quantities, end-user license, support ownership, updates, security notices, fees, and wind-down process.
A private-label grant changes the right to distribute a release. It does not automatically transfer the underlying source code, reusable components, build system, or software ownership.
Third-party products and installation
Victory software may require hardware, modules, accounts, programming tools, or licenses from RTI, ELK Products, Venstar, Cloudflare, or another vendor. The final product page and documentation identify known requirements, but the customer is responsible for obtaining them and following current third-party terms unless a project agreement states otherwise.
Review requirements before purchasing hardware. Follow the installation, configuration backup, update, rollback, recovery, and final test instructions. Software connected to AV, network, HVAC, security, or building-control systems should be installed by someone familiar with the connected professional systems.
Support and professional services
The product record defines included support. A standard download does not include guaranteed response times, onsite work, remote administration, custom programming, third-party troubleshooting, or future feature development. Implementation, customization, branding, private-label work, and other professional services may be quoted separately.

Security reports and complete terms
Use the general contact path to request a safe reporting method for a security concern. Do not place credentials, private keys, payment-card data, protected health information, or another customer’s confidential information in the general form.
Before a protected download becomes available, the authorized customer can review the applicable product license. If a right is not clearly granted, contact Victory before copying, modifying, or distributing the software.
